DELIVERY AND RETURNS
In Latvia and the Baltics
- Delivery fee to Pick-up points is 3.50 EUR;
- Delivery fee by courier is 4.50 EUR;
- Free delivery in Latvia on orders over 70.00 EUR.
In European Union
- The delivery fee to Pick-up points is 9.99 EUR;
- Delivery fee by courier is 14.99 EUR;
- Free delivery on orders over 140 EUR.
In the rest of Europe
- The delivery fee to Pick-up points is 9.99 EUR;
- Delivery fee by courier is 14.99 EUR.
Other countries
If your country is not listed in the delivery options, but you would like to purchase the products and have them delivered, please get in touch at care@essibodycare.eu and we will customize a solution for you.
Delivery time
NB! During sale and holiday season the delivery time may vary.
Standard delivery time for orders is 1-5 working days. Orders placed during the sale may take a little longer than usual to be delivered.
Please note that:
- If you have chosen delivery by courier, please indicate a delivery address where you can be and receive the order on working days, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Please provide correct phone number and detailed address. Please provide all necessary additional information, such as the door code, so that the courier can make the delivery on time. If the address provided is inaccurate or incorrect, this delivery time may be extended.
- At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask to name the order number and/or to present an identity document (passport, ID card or driver's license) to verify the recipient's identity and record the last 5 digits of the document number.
- The buyer, who receives the product outside the European Union area, is responsible for covering all expenses related to customs clearance.
