Return of orders and right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the purchased order within 14 days of receiving it, by sending it by mail/courier. Items must be unused and undamaged and a printed order confirmation must accompany the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ESSI will refund the money received to the payer's account within 3 working days from the day the returned goods are received, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.

If you want to return an order, the purchase of which provided you with a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the amount returned.

Return of damaged goods
